Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product is:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all accessories/items intact

 Note: Unboxing video/photo proof is required for damaged or incorrect products.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Used or worn items
• Devotional items once used in seva
• Products purchased under clearance/sale (if mentioned)

3. Return / Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share:
• Order ID
• Issue details
• Photos/video proof
3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days

If approved:
• Replacement will be shipped OR
• Refund will be processed

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
• Approved return request
• Order cancelled by JOGANMEERA
• Product out of stock after payment

Refund Timeline:
• Process initiated within 2–3 business days after approval
• Amount credited within 5–7 business days to original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Full refund will be issued

After Dispatch:
• Cancellation is not allowed once order is shipped

6. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• In case of damaged/incorrect product:
• Return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed

7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
• Re-shipping charges may apply
• No refund in such cases

• Slight variations in color/design are not considered defects (due to handcrafted nature)
• Delays caused by courier/logistics are not eligible for refund
